A salty, briefly cured processed meat, salami looks similar to salchichón but has its own character that makes it unique and irresistible. Although traditionally only made with pork, a percentage of veal is increasingly being included during preparation to make it softer and more tender. This product is most known for its finely minced, delicious meat. Ideal for sandwiches, pizzas, filled rolls and pastries, salami has a sweet taste, which when contrasted to the garlic seasoning, surprises the senses and leaves you wanting more.
