Salami filled mushrooms

Unsure about what dish to serve? Every dinner guest will find this delicious. Make it a little more filling by simply adding a little goat's cheese to the chopped mix.

Ingredients

50 g Campofrío salami
8 large mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Pepper

Preparation

  1. Clean the mushrooms well and remove the stalks.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, parsley, mushroom stalks, and salami.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and add salt, pepper, and some drops of olive oil.
  4. Fill the mushrooms with the chopped mix. Grate Parmesan cheese over them to taste and bake them in the oven at 220º C for 10 minutes.

Garlic, every time. How much depends on the flavour you want to give the recipe. The more you add, the stronger the flavour. Add just a pinch for a milder version.
