Ham toast with roquette and goats cheese

A very quick recipe when time is limited and you want to prepare a delicious starter for either lunch or the evening meal. Choosing the right bread is key to give the toast the ideal consistency.

Ingredients

200 g Campofrío ham
4 slices of bread
60 g roquette
1 red onion
1 roll of goats cheese
1 tablespoon of toasted white sesame
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the onion into Julienne strips and poach in a little olive oil and salt, then set to one side.
  2. Toast the bread and put some ham slices on top.
  3. Add the roquette and poached onion.
  4. To complete, place two rolls of goats cheese and a little sesame on top.
