Fuet and roquette pesto canapé

A very simple recipe, ideal for serving as an appetiser or finger food. It has the everyday flavour of fuet with a delicate touch of refinement from the roquette. No one will be able to say your cooking lacks ideas!

Ingredients

250 g Campofrío fuet
8 slices of bread
1 Parmesan cheese wedge
1 clove of garlic
25 g nuts
100 g roquette
100 ml olive oil
Salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the pesto ingredients and add a pinch of salt to taste.
  2. Toast the bread slices, spread the pesto, and place the thinly sliced fuet on top.
  3. Complete the canapés by placing some Parmesan cheese shavings on top.
