Mini chorizo pizzas

The advantage of this type of recipe is that you can chop and change the main ingredient. Chorizo, loin, salami, ham or fuet. You are onto a winner whatever you choose! Who can really resist a pizza?.

Ingredients

200 g Campofrío chorizo sarta
4 mini pizza bases
100 g fried tomato
2 mozzarella balls
70 g roquette
Oregano

Preparation

  1. Place the pizza bases over flour. Spread the fried tomato over the bases. Add oregano and the finely chopped chorizo slices.
  2. Machacar con un mortero el diente de ajo junto con un pellizco de sal, agregar el yogurt griego, la albahaca, pimienta, una cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra y el azúcar, reservar.Chop the mozzarella into small cubes and spread it across the bases.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220ºC and bake the pizzas for 15 minutes.
  4. Place roquette on the pizzas as you take them out of the oven.
